For your security, all shipments will require a signature for delivery to a residence or business. Furthermore, shipments valued over $5,000 USD MUST be held at a local FedEx facility for pickup (the nearest FedEx location to your shipping destination). The person who signs for the package when delivered to a residence must be 18 years or older and show valid ID to the FedEx driver. Please take this into consideration and make arrangements prior to placing your order.
When picking up your item from a FedEx facility, the person picking up the package MUST be the person named on the package otherwise the package will not be provided by FedEx. Please make prior arrangements with us, in advance before shipping; to have a different person listed on the package if you as the actual buyer are unable to retrieve the package.
