SHIPPING
Our watches ship 2-3 business days after payment has been received and verified by Chrono24. Once shipped, package will go via FedEx Overnight (for US customers) and FedEx Express International (for buyers outside the US). Due to insurance restrictions we can only ship our domestic packages (US) to the closest FedEx Office or Ship Center for customer pickup. All packages are fully insured for the total amount of the sale.
International Buyer: Is your responsibility to clear the watch from your local customs office. We do not pay for any of those fees. Please investigate your customs regulations before your purchase. Feel free to send me a message if you have any questions or concerns.

Please note watches in unworn/new condition have been removed from their original factory protective tape/stickers by the Brand’s boutique or Authorized Dealer at the time of the original sale. During this process fingerprints and/or handling marks may have been left on some surfaces of the watch.
All of our pre-owned watches keep time with accuracy and function well. The movement is always tested and controlled before shipping. We do not guarantee that our used watches have retained the original waterproofing and resistance they had when new.

We accept returns if the watch arrives with defects or not as described. You will receive a full refund minus all shipping charges and it will be granted when the item has been returned in its original conditions. All our watches include a 1-Year* warranty.
We guarantee the functionality and authenticity of the watch for 360 days* after the date of purchase. During this period we offer repairs performed by us. We do not cover any repairs or services done with outside independent watchmakers or craftsmen, the warranty is voided the moment an outside jeweler services the watch.
*If watch is 10+ years old warranty is valid for 90 days.
